CRBT Crossed roller bearing
Collect
Crossed roller bearings are a special type of bearings in which the inner ring is split and the outer ring is rotated. The internal structure of crossed roller bearings utilizes 90° vertically crossed arrangement of rollers, and this design enables crossed roller bearings to withstand radial loads, axial loads and moment loads in all directions. Compared with other types of bearings, the rigidity is increased by 3 to 4 times. The bearing clearance can be adjusted so that high-precision rotary motion can be obtained even when preload is applied. At the same time, the size of the inner and outer rings is miniaturized to a small extent, and the particularly thin form is a small size close to the limit. Due to their special structure, crossed roller bearings are suitable for joints or rotating parts of industrial robots, rotating tables of machining centers, rotating parts of manipulators, precision rotating tables, medical instruments, measuring instruments, and IC manufacturing equipment. |
