Thin section bearing

Equal section thin-walled bearings refer to bearings that have equal and relatively thin dimensions on both radial and axial sections, while normal bearings are not equal in size. Therefore, they are classified separately as equal section thin-walled bearings and are mainly used in situations where size limitations require bearings to have a very small cross-sectional area.

Equal cross-section thin-walled ball bearings are composed of seven open series and five sealed series, with inner hole diameters ranging from 1 inch to 40 inches and cross-sectional dimensions ranging from 0.1875X0.1875 inches to 1.000X1.000 inches. There are three types: deep groove ball type, angular contact type, and four point contact type. The materials available are Gcr15 and stainless steel. Thin walled ring bearings can be deep groove ball bearings (C), four point contact bearings (X), and angular contact ball bearings (A). The above various designs are available in different series. The series depends on the size of the cross-section. The ball matches the series. Deep groove ball bearings can support both axial and radial loads in both directions. Four point contact bearings can support bidirectional and are widely used in industrial robots, transmission devices, precision instruments, imaging equipment, office equipment, medical, radar, optical equipment, etc.
