SB Outer spherical bearing

Spherical ball bearings include the UC200 series (light series), UC300 series (heavy series), and their deformation products SB (UB) 200 series. There are two top screws on this type of outer spherical bearing, with an angle of 120 °. Its characteristic is that when cooperating with the shaft, the top screw is used to top the shaft and achieve a fixed effect. The operating environment requires a small oscillation scale. Applied to throughshafts with large stiffness and deflection differences, this type of bearing is equipped with sealing rings on both sides, which can tightly prevent dirt from entering. When leaving the factory, an appropriate amount of lubricant is installed, and there is no need to clean or add lubricant before installation.

UC200 bearing is a widely used type of outer spherical bearing, which can be used with various types of bearing seats on various machinery. The UC300 series can withstand larger loads than the UC200 series coaxial diameter size, and is suitable for various types of machinery with larger loads when paired with bearing seats.
