Full complement cylindrical roller bearing

Full complement cylindrical roller bearings are designed to withstand heavy loads. Compared to conventional type bearings with cages, these bearings have an extremely high load carrying capacity for the same width, a small radial cross-section which saves space, but a relatively low rotational speed. In order for the bearings to work properly, they must be subjected to a certain small load under continuous operation, i.e. C/P < 25. Otherwise the wear will be aggravated due to insufficient lubrication and high speed operation. All multi-row cylindrical roller bearings have a lubrication groove and lubrication holes in the outer ring.

Full complement cylindrical roller bearings have two inner rings, the two inner rings by the clamping ring coupled together, can not be separated, the outer ring has a center retaining edge, can withstand two-way axial load, used as a locating bearing. Due to the large distance between the two rows of rollers, they can also withstand tilting moments. There are two stop grooves on the surface of the outer ring, which can be axially located. This type of bearing is equipped with contact seals on both sides and lithium grease inside, and the operating temperature is limited to -40℃～+80℃. Under certain conditions, this type of bearing does not require maintenance, but when running with moisture or pollution, and often for medium or high speed operation, it must be supplemented with lubrication.
